Buying, building, or investing in a home generates a surprising amount of paperwork — and losing track of it costs time and money. These guides explain how The United Mission Group organizes construction documents, closing packets, warranties, and investment records so they stay readable and retrievable for years.

Every project we deliver in Central Florida follows the same document discipline. Before construction begins, buyers receive a digital folder containing the signed purchase agreement, approved plans and permits, the construction schedule, and the selected finishes list. During the build, inspection reports and change orders are filed under the same structure, so nothing is scattered across email threads. At closing, the packet expands to include the title commitment, survey, final inspection certificate, warranty terms, and utility account details — all named consistently and dated so the newest version is always obvious.
The same approach applies to investors. Rental acquisitions produce lease agreements, insurance certificates, tax assessments, and maintenance logs, and these records are only useful if they can be found the moment a tenant, lender, or accountant asks for them. A predictable naming convention — property, document type, year — turns a shoebox of PDFs into a searchable archive. Our files area in this app follows that convention: upload a document once, and it stays private to your account, searchable by name, and openable on any device without installing anything.
Below are short guides covering the stages where documents matter most: reservation and contract, construction milestones, closing day, and the first year of ownership, when warranty claims and insurance renewals depend on paperwork you filed months earlier.
