Our story
Two disciplines, one shared frustration.
Our co-founders came at the same problem from opposite ends. One spent years on construction sites and development files, watching costs climb and delivery timelines stretch. The other spent years across the closing table from buyers who were qualified, motivated, and repeatedly priced out of the market they lived in.
The United Mission Group was formed to fix both ends at once: controlling land, design, and construction so the home that finally reaches the market is one a Central Florida family can afford, and one that will still perform in twenty years.
We started where we live: Hillsborough County. Our first community is 18 homes in Central Florida, in 3 and 4 bedroom layouts, built to a single high-performance standard. From there, our path runs across the I-4 corridor and the Gulf Coast.
